Erik Oberholtzer

In addition to Tender Greens, Erik founded the Sustainable Life Project (SLP), a program for at-risk-youth using food as a change agent. Erik sits on the board of LA kitchen, SEE-LA and P. Balistreri Salumi Company all based in Los Angeles, CA.
